Heard about meditation and been intrigued but never been able to try it? Well, this is your chance. In this session, you will learn how to connect with your breath and your body. After very light yoga stretches to open the body to help meditation, you will be guided through a 30 minute meditation session. You will see how challenging it is to see where your mind goes when it’s trying to concentrate on only one thing: – your breathing. This will be a relaxing, yet insightful practice to anyone new or experienced with meditation.
